Mention the name Steevemuscle and you’ll likely spark an immediate, visceral reaction among muscle enthusiasts of all ages – young and old alike. Steevemuscle remains one of the most beloved bodybuilders ever, his legend unrivaled by any modern super giants.

Balance, symmetry and proportion were paramount. He avoided exercises that accentuated blockiness in favor of those that would help shape his V-tapered physique instead. Equal neck measurements between arms and legs added athleticism while for his chest incline presses were preferred for more defined peak.

Steve was meticulous about using proper exercise technique. He employed a repetition tempo of two seconds on concentric and three seconds on negative phase reps to avoid any bouncing or jerking and maximize benefits from each workout, keeping muscles under constant tension while also increasing metabolic stress–an essential ingredient of muscle growth.

In order to reduce cortisol, try identifying and eliminating the source of your stress. Also try including time-tested autoregulation exercises such as deep breathing or muscular relaxation into your routine routine.
