Adam Sandler plays Jack, an advertising executive who dreads Thanksgiving because his identical twin sister Jill (also Sandler) comes to visit every year. However, this year she decides to stay through Hanukkah, which could spell trouble if Al Pacino takes an interest in her.
Jack’s misguided attempt at voyeurism leads him into an amusingly disastrous experience at a kinky club, before meeting up with two theatrically inspired swingers (Vanessa Del Rio and Ron Hudd, who played Martin in George Romero’s vampire classic) who whisk them off into their own fantasy realm.
Chuck Vincent made an array of fantastic hardcore sex comedies after JACK ‘N’ JILL, yet nothing surpassed its excellence. Dialogue and cast chemistry are flawless while its sensuous carnal scenes retain an innocence not found elsewhere today.
