On Monday, Melissa Blair will waive her right for trial and plead guilty to 44 charges including Aggravated Statutory Rape and Patronizing Prostitution against 18 McMinn Central High School students between 14-17. Prosecutors say these relationships included trading cigarettes, vapes or alcohol for sexual favors from Blair over several years – and have left Englewood reeling from these allegations and their impact on its youth.
